Using Your Wex Card For Medicare Premium Reimbursement

For anyone wondering how to use your WEX benefits to reimburse your monthly Medicare premiums. I am attaching the form you print off and fill out. You must send a copy of your Social Security statement that you received in December. It has the amount you are paying each month for Medicare. Fill out the form, include the copy of your Social Security statement and they will send you a check each month for the amount of your Medicare Premium that is deducted from your Social Security. Or if you wait until June, they will send you one check for the five previous months.
