I would start by saying thanks to all who provided food for our November Meeting and Thanksgiving luncheon.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the meal very much.

We are truly thankful that former UAW President Ron Gettelfinger and his wife Judy were able to attend our meeting.  Ron will always be a very special person to all retirees who are enjoying the health care benefits that we have.  Most of you know our health care benefits rank at the highest level.  Brother Gettelfinger and President Biden led the fight to save, revive, and protect our healthcare benefits.

We also appreciate the donations of our door prizes that are donated continuously by Lynn Layton Chevrolet. Jeff and Lynn asked, to wish all of our members a safe and secure Holiday Season with a very Merry Christmas. 

Our retirees and any widow spouse should be receiving $500. Christmas Bonus this year.  The payment date has not been released at this time.  Keep an eye on your direct deposit method.

Our new healthcare benefits will go into effect on January 1st, 2024.  We will review them at our meeting if necessary.

If you have Over the Counter funds remaining you must use them before the end of the year or they will expire.

Next year this benefit has been raised to $200. per year, another very nice improvement in our healthcare program.
